As the Marketing Coordinator, you will lead or support the development and execution of a broad range of marketing tactics. You will support the development of overall brand strategies and will contribute to the design and development of programs for Mission Hill Family Estates, on-site and in the market, ensuring that all messaging is consistent, cohesive, and distinctive. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with all functional areas – Mark Anthony Wine and Spirits (distributor), finance, operations, winemaking, hospitality, corporate PR, creative services, etc. to ensure the strong execution of plans.

The Life of Our Marketing Coordinator:
Support the development and execution of consumer programs across a variety of channels, including point-of-sale and in-store merchandising, print and digital media, consumer events, winemaker appearances and offsite initiatives.
Act as the consumer marketing expert as you liaise with internal partners to address the needs of on-site guest experiences at the winery, restaurant, and tasting room.
Oversee the planning and execution of advertising, events, sales promotions, in-store displays and signage.
Liaise with internal and external partners to develop collateral materials for on-site events, local partnerships, competitions, media outreach, liquor boards, on-premise and retail store channels.
Collaborate with the PR and events team to co-ordinate applications for Wine Festivals, Promotional Events, Partnership and Competitions.
Create and maintain an onsite marketing & events calendar.
Assist with social media planning and activation.
Maintain and renew content for various internal & external resources and databases, including owned websites.
Track performance of marketing initiatives through detailed post-mortem analysis of projects/events/launches etc..
Ensure that new products, tasting notes, and images are accurate and available
Facilitate and fulfill day-to-day requests for materials, samples, and other task as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Commerce, Business, or Marketing
1-2 years marketing experience - preferably in consumer packaged goods, luxury products, or the British Columbia alcohol industry.
Excellent computer and social media skills, including competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
Good knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube.
Outstanding verbal and written communicator
A passion and knowledge for wine; ISG or WSET training an asset
Desire to build a career in wine
