This position is responsible for providing leadership, operational direction, and expert advice for the data and metrics program, the inforrmatics program, and the quality program of the DFM in support of the Patient's Medical Home. The Team Lead - Quality and Informatics drives the implementation of quality projects for the DFM's three academic family medicine clinics, as well as supporting informatics, quality, and analytics in response to the needs of the DFM's education and research programs. This position operates in a triad relationship with two physician leaders and is responsible for supervising a small team of staff supporting the informatics and analytics programs. Being able to prioritize requests, keep the team organized, and understanding how data informs improvement are key to success in this role.
