DNRS Full-Time Client Services Representative (32-35 hours/week)

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Client Services Representative for our small Victoria, B.C.office.

The Role:

Full Time - Monday & Tuesday (8 hours), Wednesday & Thursday (4 hours) Friday (8 hours) = 32 hours. Can be between 32-35 hours.

The Client Services Representative reports to the Office Supervisor (OS) and is responsible for managing all incoming emails and phone calls, developing trusting relationships with our clients and contributing towards improving systems and procedures in the office.

Our ideal candidate would have both exceptional oral and communication skills. This person would possess strong organizational skills, have a keen eye to detail, is a self-starter, strong time management skills and have the ability to prioritize and manage various tasks at any one time.

Responsibilities and Duties

What you will be doing....

  • Maintain strong and lasting relationships with DNRS clients
  • Uses compassion and professionalism with both written and verbal communication with DNRS clients and staff.
  • Handle questions and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of all DNRS products
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic client issues
  • Responsible for answering the general business phone line and email account in a timely manner, using a professional and courteous tone at all times
  • All information provided to the client is the most up to date and accurate
  • Attracts potential customers by suggesting information about other products and services
  • Manages customer shipping inquiries as needed
  • Updates Client Services Resources as required
  • Brings any client issues to management
  • Trains new staff as needed
  • Is a part of creating a healthy and respectful work environment, which involves teamwork and communication.
  • Attends weekly Staff Meetings
  • Support Registration Department with admin tasks, as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

What is required…

  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast growing owner/operated company; able to adapt to change on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of workload while managing deadlines under pressure

3rd interview: Meet and Greet with DNRS Owners

Start date: ASAP

Starting Salary: $19/hour
