Classification: Full Time / Part Time Seasonal (must be available to work any shift
including early mornings, late nights, days, weekends & holidays)

Grey Silo Golf Club culinary team is looking to fill full time & part time Line Cook / Prep
Cook positions. The ideal candidate must work well in both a team setting and
individually. Over the season, the cooks will rotate between event cooking, restaurant,
and prep rolls. Will have the ability to create new features and menu items upon
approval by the chef. Great opportunity for culinary students to gain event and catering
experience. Must be hardworking, professional, and a desire to learn. Compensation
will be based on experience.

Position will run from August until the end of the golf season. Part time function hours
will be available after the golf course closes.

Primary Responsibilities:
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or

preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Knife skills
Attention to details
Take directions
Ability to work unsupervised
Safe Food Handling Certificate

Reliable transportation
Cook: 1 year experience (Preferred)
Knife Skills: 1 year experience (Preferred)
