The primary role of the Supply Chain IT Campus Lead is to shape the Campus IT SC function strategy through technology leadership and deliver solutions to achieve the strategy and drive competitive advantage. This position plays a critical role in both advising the campus leadership as well as identifying, prioritizing and delivering projects that support ELC's long term growth opportunities.
In addition, liaising with the global teams, the role holder will help the business to bring global solutions (or local when appropriate) to meet business needs across the entire all functions in supply chain. This role partners directly with the Regional IT Supply Chain Technology Lead to attain and retain top talent.
This role will be a key technology advisor to the Regional Supply Chain IT Technology Lead and be part of his/her staff to drive business outcomes through technology. This is a true business partner role requiring a point of view and the ability to make proactive recommendations.
The role will also require focusing in the deployment of global technologies like MES in their sites, as well as other core technologies. Strong day to day project and program management will be expected of the job holder.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary point of contact and technology business partner to the Campus leadership and delivers value by shaping and informing the business strategy, defining capabilities required to achieve the strategy and bringing forth recommended technology solutions to enable these capabilities.
Accountable for the Campus Supply Chain Technology portfolio. This includes running regular portfolio planning and progress updates with the Campus Supply Chain Operations team. Driving the development of business cases and representing the function in IT Alignment sessions. Ultimately accountable for Technology Investment funds (budget 3MM+).
Work collaboratively across the IT organization to ensure all technology services needs are identified in a timely way and communicated, planned and budgeted effectively. Must effectively communicate and collaborate with Brand and Region Technology teams.
Ensure the realization of the business strategies through technology and continued process improvements. Align tightly with the BIA organization and collaborate to ensure excellent information flow and availability to enable the best data driven, consumer connected enterprise.
Ensures the strategic agenda is serviced by strong data and analytic services including data science, analytic productionalizing and ongoing support.
Coordinate with technology providers to evaluate new and innovative technologies and service offerings. Responsible for the teams who develop business requirements, coordinates with enterprise architects (enterprise, solution, information….) to ensure new services and solutions align with roadmaps.
Ensure site exploits IT strategies and has plans to move to strategic standards.
Generate, maintain and deliver an IT Roadmap for the campus and drive site/business requirements into regional/global planning and delivery through liaison with regional/global IT groups.
Engage with DC & plant tiered accountability process and participate in IT Performance Management processes.
Line-manage campus IT team, ensuring capability is enhanced and on-going development takes place.
Align central project delivery to campus strategies and plans.
Drive simplification and standardisation for IT systems at campus.
Ensure exploitation of systems to drive & embed value.
Ensure inspection readiness of IT.
Ensure campus IT risks are identified and mitigated appropriately.
Work closely with the Global, Regional and local Strategic Business Partners to balance enterprise efficiencies with local.
Drive an Agile mindset and delivery culture throughout the business function, advocating speed and agility and act as a change agent within the function for Agile adoption.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Level: Master in Engineering / IT or Equal by experience
Minimum Years of Experience: 5-10 years

Licenses or Certifications: ITIL preferred, PPM/APM preferred, APICS certification preferred (CSCP, CLTD, CPIM); Agile/Scrum

Acts as a Functional Technology Leader – demonstrating outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and provide technology thought leadership to the Global Supply Chain leadership and act as a trusted advisor.
Highly collaborative relationship building skills with various internal and external stakeholders.
Must demonstrate a high sense of urgency to influence changes and drive outcomes from conception to delivery.
Experience in deploying complex projects in supply chain, especially DCs and Manufacturing facilities.
Ability to work in highly matrix environment and being able to balance global and local needs.
Experience and demonstrated success leading and delivering medium to large transformation programs enabled by technology. Global implementation experience in core technologies such as SAP, BW/HANA, MES systems is important.
Expertise in application design/architecture, integration architecture development, enterprise application integration, and integration technologies solutions and standards.
Demonstrates technical domain experience and expertise in a number of key areas: Warehousing and logistics; Manufacturing; QA and health and safety areas.
Demonstrates good working knowledge of other areas of Supply Chain like: Planning; new product launch; Distributed order Management.
Hands on experience and demonstrated success in leading digital solutions and familiarity with new technologies (IoT; Machine Learning; Robotics / Process Automation; Deep Learning.
Competent in new technology evaluation, ability to support technical change management and provide thought leadership skills in integration technologies, tools and services.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes End to End (Plan, Source, Make, Distribute, Quality, Transport).
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities. Experience in using data and data science to drive quantitative analysis and break-through outcomes.
Intense focus on business outcomes, demonstrating the ability to have material impacts on core business measures: e.g.: Inventory; Order Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy; Attainment; Fill Rate, Asset Utilization; Cost Optimization.
Is continuously learning and is curious. Keeps abreast of best in class supply chain practices and is familiar with the competitive practices and technologies.
