Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV/Navision) ERP Consultant is a permanent, full time position responsible for implementations and on-going support.

Bredet Services Inc. is considered a boutique business partner of both Sage Software and Microsoft. Our software offerings include: Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) and Finance and Operations (Formerly AX), Sage 300 (formerly Sage Accpac) and Sage CRM. The company has been in business since 1983 and employs a team of full time salaried employees.

We have hundreds of active customers that we offer a full service offering from software sales, licence renewals, business process reviews, full system implementations as well as ongoing support and upgrades. The company has a strategic goal to profitably double in size within the next three to five years.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Interfacing directly with customers
  • Requirements and fit/gap analysis and process mapping
  • Project management – scope, timelines, resources, budget, status updates
  • Pilot project setup with data migration
  • Training of key and end users
  • Preparation and design of specification documents for development team, testing and on site delivery to customer for sign off
  • Pre-sales support including design, prototype development and solution demonstrations as required
  • Technical support – telephone, onsite and remote
  • Identify customer solution enhancements and initiate opportunities for sales team
  • Participate in on-going business improvement processes
  • Assist in developing new business development and vertical strategies
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always delivered
  • Supporting Project Lead and/or Project Manager
  • Coaching & mentoring junior consultants & other team members
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Self motivated and able to work on own or in teams
  • Project deadlines must be met and may require extra hours worked
  • On-going personal development and learning the products we support as well as passing all certifications required for product
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness and sound judgment
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required


  • Degree, diploma or professional certifications
  • Hands on experience in a relevant business discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Business Central (formerly NAV)
  • Minimum five years business/accounting experience
  • Accounting Designation a definite asset
  • Excellent communication & listening skills – critical for documentation, customer and liaising with other team members and training
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products
  • Must have Permanent Canadian citizenship status
