Your duties will include :

HR functionalities.
Managing Chief Operating Officer's Diary.
Conducting Rights to Work checks.
Organising Inductions.
General office support.
Assisting Office Manager with generating management reports.
Assisting Purchasing Team with Booking accommodation and flights for the Management team.
Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
To be successful in this position you must have strong administration skills, Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong written and oral communication.
