The TLE Manager is responsible for all day-to-day activities affecting the people, operations and merchandise in Division 6.

Position Responsibilities

Administer, support and represent the core corporate values of Respect for the Individual, Service to our Customer and Striving for Excellence. Various personnel duties including interviewing, scheduling using Customer Service Scheduling (CSS), evaluations, training and coaching. Establish and develop a strong working relationship with Division 1 Management and Technical Services District Manager. Perform all services offered in the TLE (i.e. oil changes, tire installations and rotations, etc.). Manage and control the P&L, claims, shrink and inventory. Provide a safe working environment by ensuring that TLE Associates complete the required in-store Certification program and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Operate TLE computer, register equipment and other assigned tools. Protecting company assets. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: Planning, assigning and directing work. Appraising performance. Rewarding and coaching Associates. Addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications

Must have a valid and full provincial Driver’s License. Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred. All TLE Associates must complete the required in-store Certification program.
