Martini Construction Ltd., a busy and growing General Contracting & Development company based in Langley, BC, is looking for a full-time Construction Site Superintendent for our commercial / office tenant improvements.

Job Description:

  • Work directly with Martini Project Manager, Designer/Architect, Owner and/or Representatives
  • Coordinate and manage sub-trades and own forces on site to achieve the schedule and budget
  • Conduct onsite meetings with trades and maintain daily construction log
  • Conduct on-site safety orientation and maintain daily safety reports
  • Read construction drawings and specs

REQUIREMENTS ( Education and/or Experience):

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent Role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Post-secondary, technical education (BCIT) or similar in a construction or industry-related program
  • Experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have a valid BC Driver's License

Salary: $74,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year
