Job Description: This position is located in Invermere, B.C.
Warwick Interiors is now accepting resumes for a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team. Reporting to the book keeping manager, you will assist in all bookkeeping areas.
Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:
- Assist with Bank Deposits
- Material receivables, Batching packing slips and purchase orders
- Data entry into QuickBooks accounting software
- Opening and sorting mail
- Other projects assigned on a needed basis.
- Assist on retail floor as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
- Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
