As a Customer Experience Manager, you will embark on a new adventure; responsible for driving sales and developing talent through a growth mindset and a high level of teamwork for optimal sales results and people engagement.

Take an active role in the training and ongoing education of selling teams, while actively connecting with customers to build lasting relationships and create an optimal customer experiences.

Maintain a strong floor presence to drive selling efforts, model service behaviours to reinforce the service imperative, and ensure consistent adherence to the service standards.

Act as a leader and motivator to the sales team by modeling, training, coaching, and rewarding selling behaviors.

The Assistant General Manager, your next step on your journey to General Manager. The key collaborator within Hudson’s Bay, partners with the General Manager in all capabilities and competencies. This leader is being groomed and developed for the General Manager role.

Must possess outstanding collaboration skills as well as the proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals.

Have a proven track record of high performance within a fast-paced business environment.

Must have the ability to execute retail strategy across stores with the ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

Has a passion for service and can motivate, engage and communicate a service culture to their teams.

Be knowledgeable and compliant to all Company and Store Asset Protection Programs & Company’s Health & Safety program.

The General Manager, the business leader, is profit minded, and able to execute the HBC strategy through effective management of people and process. Dynamic leadership abilities, combined with exceptional communication, analytical, and in-store marketing skills are essential to success in this role.

Develop short and long term action plans that address opportunities and positively impact the business.

Build and execute development plans to drive optimal performance for all direct reports.

Review, understand and take action regarding sales and productivity results on a weekly and monthly basis.

Build a succession plan by identifying internal talent within the executive and associate groups, and make it a priority to make them successful.
