The Loyalty Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing Best Buy’s key loyalty marketing campaign activities, running and monitoring day-to-day membership operations, and developing and executing member experience initiatives. The Loyalty Marketing Specialist manages a constant flow of projects for Geek Squad Membership including marketing campaigns, member experience initiatives and operations.

As a Loyalty Marketing Specialist you will…

Lead the development and execution of loyalty and membership programs that drive customer retention
Identify innovative opportunities to improve member experiences and increase engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders in Geek Squad, Retail Operations, Customer Service, e-Commerce, and Legal to improve member experience across all touch points
Optimize program performance through the use of data-driven analytics and insights
Produce, standardize and report key membership metrics to the business
