About us:

Founded in 1994, Amico Construction is a project management company based in Dieppe, NB. Our primary focus are commercial projects in the Greater Moncton area.

Position:

  • Project Coordinator (Reports to Project Managers)

Tasks:

  • Assist estimator with project tendering
  • Submit request for information
  • Submit shop drawings to consultants for review
  • Send change orders to sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Send site instructions to sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers for site materials and equipment rentals
  • Assist project managers with sub-contractor purchase order agreements
  • Assist project managers with monthly project invoicing
  • Schedule and attend project meetings
  • Assist site superintendents with sub-contractor scheduling
  • Maintain project schedule

Required:

  • Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Diplomat in Civil Engineering Technology
  • 1 to 3 years of project coordination experience
  • 1 to 3 years of commercial construction experience
