Let's get you on the road to success at OnPath! We are currently actively recruiting for a Inside Marketing Representative (IMR) . As an Inside Marketing Representative, you will be given the challenge of communicating with corporate decision-makers (B2B), in order to generate qualified sales leads for our business client, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
Some of your responsibilities as an Inside Marketing Representative will include, but are not limited to:
Proactively contact customers and generate qualified leads on HPE products and services.
Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport with customers and partners.
Responsible for hunting new business within an assigned geographic territory.
Ability to research and understand client's industry to enable to understand client business strategies and challenges.
Listen to customer needs and tailor messages to customers based on their needs and tie to promotional campaigns, upgrades, or extended products/services where applicable.
Presenting products and services to current and potential clients (cold calls).
Researching new phone numbers, new contacts to ensure you are speaking with the correct individual.
Modifying your approach to ensure success on every call.
Maintaining accurate information regarding the customer in our CRM Database, including detailed notes on your conversations and proper disposition of calls.
Providing on-the-job training and support to new Inside Marketing Representatives.
OUR IDEAL I.M.R. PROFILE
Strong communication skills in English, French is an asset.
Advanced reading, writing skills, and basic arithmetic skills required.
Ability to persuade and influence others by utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure to meet targets set by clients.
Strong sense of sales, and past customer service experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Windows. IT knowledge an asset.
High attention to detail; minimum 30 WPM and high percentage of accuracy.
