Description :
We are currently looking for a professional social worker to fill a full-time replacement in the youth department.

Summary of Role and Responsibilities:
Person who carries out design, orientation, consulting, updating, analysis and evaluation activities in one or more social programs.

Additional information:
  • Your place of work will be at Batshaw, located at 6 Weredale Street, Westmount (Montreal).
  • The mission of a Child and Youth Protection Center (CPEJ) is to provide psychosocial services in the region, including emergency social services, required by the situation of a young person under the Youth Protection Act and the Youth Criminal Justice Act as well as the placement of children, family mediation, expertise in the Superior Court on the custody of children children, adopting and researching biological antecedents.
Requirements :
  • Must have a first university degree in social work or a master's degree in social work;
  • Be a member of the Professional Order of Social Workers of Quebec;
  • If he uses this reserved title, the employee must provide the employer with proof each year that she is a member of the Corporation professionnelle des travailleurs sociaux du Québec.
  • To be bilingual;
  • Have a valid driver's license and a car;
  • Experience, an asset.
