Fresh Cup Café Customer Service Associate
Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate it is expected that you will exceed service expectations, learn, enjoy and always deliver the best possible performance and standards. Our team will work together and at all times treat our customers and fellow team members with respect.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing and customer service orientated
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the Spinnakers Brand
- Previous experience high end customer service
- Food Safe and Serving it Right certifications
- Able to accurately handle cash and other payment methods
- Well organized, shows a sense of urgency, able to keep track multiple orders and multi task
- Works well under pressure
- Team player, works productively with others
- Able to communicate positively with coworkers and management team
- Personable, respectful and outgoing demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Represent the Fresh Cup Brands high standards of personal presentation and behavior at all times during a shift
- Making coffees, counter service, light food prep, daily cleaning tasks
- Ensure all items are of the freshest quality and presented in an appealing fashion
- Welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner
- Exceed guest expectations by serving food and drink in a professional, knowledgeable and accommodating manner
- Learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items
- Be positive in all your interactions with customers and team members
- Maintain the standards and culture of the team by setting an example to new members of staff and assisting in their training when required.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Set an example for associates to follow by incorporating safe work practices in all aspects of their activities and abiding by the Clients & Company’s safety policies and procedures.
- Attend all required health & safety training
- Reports and corrects any safety concerns and advises employees of potential/unsafe conditions or hazards
- Comply with the H&S regulations and company policies/procedures in a consistent manner.
During probation (first 3 months) we are offering a $50 gas card every TWO WEEKS!!! (must complete probation to qualify)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
