NHS has an exciting opportunity for a problem solving, customer service focused Digital Content & Brand Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this individual works collaboratively with the marketing team and other NHS departments to provide on-brand content and tools to the company in achieving its business objectives. The Digital Content and Brand Coordinator has a track record for effectively taking ideas from conception to completion and delivering positive results.
Support the implementation of the overall marketing and communication plan.
Research and support the development and creation of marketing strategies, campaigns, advertising, promotional material, market research and all other aspects related to marketing.
Manage various social media accounts and online business listings, as well as develop media and patient relations.
Prepare content development, adapting to a wide variety of concepts and ideas for creative work.
Develop and oversee corporate branding and maintain brand integrity.
Assist with writing and editing persuasive, creative and attention-grabbing advertising copy.
Ensure consistency and maintain a quality standard for all outgoing creative material and communications.
Design and coordinate production of print and digital marketing materials.
Develop and oversee weekly blogs, and internal newsletters.
Provide analytics reporting and administrative support.
Attend and support corporate events (education events, tradeshows, grand openings)
Keep up-to-date on current marketing trends and perform Digital Asset Management.
Qualifications and Experience
A post-secondary diploma or University degree in marketing, communications or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in generalist marketing communications, public relations, digital communications or a combination of these fields.
Experience with Google AdWords, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Skills, Knowledge and Ability
Ability to implement effective branding strategies.
Must have in depth understanding of branding strategies and concepts.
Proficient with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
Can demonstrate the ability to communicate through design with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Knowledge with various advertising methods including traditional and digital.
Strong project management and organizational skills to deliver on time and on budget.
Ability to adhere to multiple strict deadlines, and work well under pressure in order to meet goals.
A strong willingness to learn.
Adaptable and agile to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and enthusiastic about what to do and open minded about how to do it.
Ability to build and maintain relationships throughout the company.
Self-motivated, action oriented self- starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Majority of work will be performed in an office environment. Some travel required.
