Presently, we're expanding our operations to launch an in-house outbound call center in order to generate leads and opportunities for our sales and account manager staff across our various divisions.
Technovate offers a wide array of professional and consumer services, which means there's an opportunity for you. We've created a system that makes our outbound telesales reps/appointment setters successful. Here is how it works:
As a telesales rep/appointment setter your goal will be to set appointments or to generate quoting opportunities for our company. We provide you with an updated lead list, your job is to probe, find and speak to the right person. Depending on the campaign, you will offer potential clients an opportunity to save on a service they're presently using one of our competitors for. If youre able to close this opportunity then you participate in a high commission structure. Once the sale is signed/closed then its passed to the execution team who handles everything after. It's that easy. The goal is to make as many calls as possible during the day.
All new hires are provided with training and the necessary tools to be successful. We are presently building teams in our Toronto and Los Angeles offices. Our system allows you to do what you do best: make phone calls and generate interest. The rest, like account management and project management is left to specialists. You just focus on your task to create interest and new business opportunities for us.
Compensation: Base (Salary or Hourly)
Commissions: A dedicated telemarketer can easily make over $1000 per month in commissions.
Other compensation: Company health and dental benefits after completing probationary period in our Toronto offices.
