Prince Edward Animal Clinic is looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our team as a full-time Client Care Coordinator at our fully equipped, growing, two doctors, boutique-style, state-of-the-art, paperless practice, located in one of the greatest Toronto neighbourhoods: The Kingsway!

The right candidate is a team player, flexible, reliable, goal-oriented, calm professional with exceptional organization, communication and customer service skills as well as previous excellent performance reviews in meeting objectives, service, teamwork, communications, and empathy.

In this role you will be:

  • Booking & scheduling appointments
  • Turning shoppers into clients
  • Communicating with clients over the phone, email or in-person
  • Counselling clients on preventative health care for their furry family members
  • Fulfilling administrative tasks (processing insurance claims, microchip registrations, etc.)
  • Admitting and discharging patients
  • Occasionally restraining patients during an exam, procedure or treatment
  • Feeding and watering patients, offering them clean housing and beddings, and above all, giving them countless kisses and cuddles
  • Walking patients
  • Maintaining our facility inviting, clean, tidy and odour free

Minimum 2 years of experience in the veterinary industry is required. Knowledge of Cornerstone practice software is an asset and a college/university degree is preferred.__

  • Veterinary Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
