- Provide a high level of customer service

- Follow up on dossiers, monitor schedules, issue reminders and obtain requested information in a timely manner in keeping with established time limits

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the residence or hotel industry
- Knowledge of Hopem software and the Office suite
- DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
