On Call Service Center is looking for a dynamic Office Supervisor to join our Administration Team. The Office Supervisor directs and coordinates the offices day to day operations, sets goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision, organizes workflow, ensures that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks, monitors employee productivity while providing constructive feedback and coaching. The Office Supervisor is the initial contact for telephone/email inquiries and greeting visitors at the office.

Administration/Supervisor duties include:

· Bookkeeping

· Answering phone

· Info email monitoring

· Provides training to staff as needed

· Ordering office supplies

· Directs and coordinates the day to day functions of the office

· New hire packages

· Staff birthdays/ anniversaries

· P.O.S payments

· Taking minutes at staff/ safety meetings

· Accounts payable entry/ processing

· Serves as a mentor and role model for office staff

· Assists the Controller

· Supervises and coordinates activities of the office staff, including work assignments, breaks and scheduling

· Towing dispatch & invoicing

· Weekly A/R collection calls

· Accounts payable entry/ processing

· General office tidiness/ maintenance

· Management and monitoring of storage facilities

· Filing and general administrative duties

Our ideal candidate will have experience/education in the following programs:

· Competent in Microsoft & Excel applications

· Knowledge of Quickbooks and basic financial reporting and accounting practices

· Minimum 3- 5 years experience in an office setting

· Supervisor/Management experience

· Administrative Assistant Diploma an asset, but not required
