Smith Veterinary Hospital is looking to gain a medical receptionist. Candidates must have: excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, impeccable organization skills, enjoys a fast-pace environment, self-driven and accepts accountability.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to answering the phone, scheduling appointments, pulling and preparing medical files, financial transactions, reminder and confirmation calls and maintaining the reception area.
Experience: minimum of 1 year customer service (required), medical office experience would be an asset.
