Beans And Grind Inc is seeking a Superstar Candidate for an Administrative & Media Associate (AMA) role in its Office Coffee Division. The successful candidate must be outgoing, energetic, personable, with a positive attitude. The AMA will be responsible for administrative and media related tasks, ensuring the management team have adequate support to work efficiently. The AMA must be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self motivated, and trustworthy. Ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to driving sustainable growth. Represents Beans And Grind to all of its customers, clients and prospects professionally in order to create and / or increase awareness, create a specific image, generate sales opportunities and build customer preference and retention.

Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of the management team
  • Provide a high level of Customer Service to all prospects and clients
  • Answer phones, emails, greet clients, schedule conference calls and meetings
  • Manage general office email and calendars
  • Plan and arrange customer calendars and work-related travel details
  • Event Planning
  • General office duties; filing, scanning, AR/ AP calls etc.
  • Maintain and order Inventory & supplies

Media Responsibilities:

  • Social Media/Marketing
  • Design/Schedule/Publish Social Media Content
  • Creative Writing/Content
  • Photography
  • Website & Online Store
