The inside sales representative is motivated to succeed and strives to “own the relationship.” The role includes developing quality relationships with our customers, providing superior customer service, and increasing sales organically and through new business development. Your love of learning allows you to become both a technical expert and trusted adviser to your customers.

Primary responsibilities

Create Quality Relationships. Ensure all our clients and prospects receive regular touches. Frequent phone calls, emails, and site visits allow us to provide better service and expand our product offerings.
Sales Quotations. The quotation process is continuous. It is a catalyst to our success and an opportunity for new business. This process is also considered an opportunity to expand our knowledge in a new industry or become more familiar with a customer or prospect.
Trade Shows. The trade show process is fundamental to our growth and expansion. The inside sales representative will be asked occasionally to help plan, prepare, follow up on leads, and at times attend a trade show anywhere in North America.
Business Development. The inside sales representative will seek out new business through qualified leads, industry research and networking with customers and associations. They are the spark that propels our company to the next level.
Product Expert. Educating our customers is what separates us from the competition. Our customers rely on our product knowledge to help their business succeed. The inside sales representative has a thirst for knowledge and strong learning and information sharing skills.
Additional responsibilities

Work closely with Marketing and Operations
Attend meetings
Order entry, invoicing and data mining
Answer incoming calls, emails, website inquiries
Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience
Bilingual – French and English (additional language proficiency an asset)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates integrity and ethics; sets a personal example
Efficient, well-organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
Computer savvy – Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM experience an asset
