We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our in-house team in Richmond, BC at our head office.

If you believe that you would be a great fit, then you’re in luck - because BlackboxMyCar is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be a part of our great team. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be collaborating with the other Customer Service Specialists in helping customers find a dash cam that’s right for them.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU CAN...

  • Greet & assist all customers via phone, email, in-person, text message and live chat
  • Provide and address sales inquiries and technical support via the modes of communication above, as well as general customer service
  • Input, handle and ensure customer orders, inquiries, messages, etc. are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Keep the rest of the sales team (other coworkers, assistant manager and manager) informed of any issues, problems or concerns
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with the Office Support & Marketing teams to ensure customer requests, orders, issues, etc. are resolved and followed up in a timely manner
  • Provide and deal with RMAs, and then testing and processing them
  • Respond to reviews across multiple social media channels, including Google, Facebook, Yelp and YOTPO
  • Ensure your desk area always looks professional, inviting, organized and clean
  • Routinely test out new dash cams and related products and writing articles on them for blogs, videos, education, etc.
  • Assist the senior specialist, assistant manager and manager in other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities

  • A vehicle (for testing dash cams, but not necessary)
