Front Desk Agent

Looking for an outgoing enthusiastic person who has a drive for guest satisfaction

Work with a team of equally enthusiastic people

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone calls and taking reservations
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; follow up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction.
  • Check in and checkout guests in Courteous manners
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
  • Review and correct all hotel transactions
  • Review and correct all hotel credit card transactions
  • Generate daily revenue reports.

Position Requirements include:

  • Morning, Evening and weekend work
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication skills French and English
  • Strong customer and guest service skills in a fast paced environment;
  • Experience with computers, Windows and Microsoft programs and hotel software;
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
