We are excited to announce an opening for a part-time Fleet Coordinator to help oversee all aspects of inventory management for Enterprise Holdings in the Okanagan Valley. These aspects include, but are not limited to, vehicle parking/movement and securing of cars and keys.

This position is based out of our branch location at 1517 Keehn Road, Kelowna, BC, V1X 5T5.

The starting wage for this position is $15.75/hour.

The schedule for this position is as follows:
Monday: 8:30am to 2:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am to 2:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30pm to 2:30pm
Friday: 8:30am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities:
Facilitate the movement of vehicles thru the Internal Software and outside sources of transportation
Manage a daily driver team to ensure accurate car movement
Assist Area Manager in managing the driver team (as needed); including feedback on review process and performance management
Ensure that cars are rentable including license plates, registration
Oversee vehicle logistics for Daily Rental
Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Assist in the process of registering and insuring new vehicles

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Some college preferred
Must have at least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years.
Qualified Candidates must also possess the following knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong organizational and administrative skills
Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Dependable and self-motivated
Ability to prioritize, follow-up, multi-task and meet assigned deadlines
Demonstrated flexibility and efficient time management skills
Basic level computer skills, including Microsoft Office
