MANAGER, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This Manager, Organizational Development will report directly to the Chief of Human Resources Officer and provide consultation and service to the business areas in support of organizational strategy and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizational development and change strategies supporting a wide range of talent and organizational initiatives including leadership development, assessment, competency integration and succession management
Participate in consultation and collaboration with stakeholders to assess and determine organizational development and strategy internal and external resources to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate processes
Support our ongoing leadership assessment, succession management and competency integration initiatives
Identify potential future enhancements to talent management initiatives, together with their operational requirements
Identify new solutions to support the delivery and user experience of these initiatives
Lead change initiatives, interventions, projects, and programs to build capacity and effectiveness at the leadership level across the organization
Facilitate planning and design sessions to support teams and individuals with achieving strategic goals
Ensure the right structures, people, training and communications are aligned to business objectives
Design/update documentation, solutions and supporting material as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in a HR Management, Organizational Development or Change Management role
A Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resources
Experience with planning large-scale organizational change management processes with hands-on delivery to shift mindset, behaviors, and achieve results
Big picture thinking to analyze, review and recommend possible organizational improvements.
Mastery of Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong visual presentation skills and attention to details
Ability to influence at all levels without authority using strong consultation and facilitation skills
A working style characterized by a client-focused approach, an innovation mindset and result orientation
Experience with creating training strategy and delivering training to various groups of stakeholders
