Program Administrator, Creston Campus
Regular, Full-time
Duties: Reporting to the Campus Manager, Creston, this position is responsible for the planning and development of continuing education, contract training, and other programming at the Creston college campus. Activities include course set-up, scheduling, advertising, and reporting. This position is the primary contact for all regional continuing education and contract training activities, requiring outstanding communication, problem solving and service acumen. The Program Administrator is also responsible for researching potential course offerings and connecting with community to determine local need, as well as providing support to staff and students to encourage a positive learning environment.
Qualifications: Grade 12 along with an OFAD certificate or equivalent. Experience in program planning and/or marketing is desirable. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Both interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
