As part of our Inside Sales/Customer service team you will be the reliable resource to our clients and outside sales representatives based in the United States. Understanding customer’s needs, demonstrating exceptional service, teamwork and attention to detail is crucial in this role. Bring energy and passion to every interaction. This position will report to the Customer Experience and Estimating Manager.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide the kind of customer service that prove to both external and internal customers that our goal is creating the best possible experience.
Ensures all details of the customer requirements are accurately recorded on orders.
Assist in sample selection and processing, including performance data.
Follows up with clients, providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
Perform general administrative and recordkeeping functions to ensure order specific information is readily available.
Manages customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings, documents such as specifications, and technical procedures.
Assist customers in determining the best available product based on their requirements.
Provide project submittals and closeout documents.
Rely on general instructions, company guidelines & industry standards to successfully perform the functions of the job.
Operating out of our Langley office you will be the in house voice for our outside sales team working remotely from the US and our Pacific Northwest customer base.
As a Team member of the Sales & Admin group you are responsible to demonstrate commitment to your team, avoid unnecessary distractions and communicate information effectively.
Understand and represent Vitrum Core Values and work standards, offer suggestions and recommendations to achieve the team’s goals. You are responsible for the successful execution of all project coordination activities.

Minimum High School diploma and 5+ years’ experience in a busy office environment or related experience.
Must be proficient in MS Windows, MS Office & other general computer skills
ERP Software experience
Experience in the glass or construction industry would be considered an asset.
