Oakridge Shared Services is looking for an Entry Level Bilingual (English – French) Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! We are proud to be a part of the Pattison Group of companies. The person we are looking for has a proven ability to identify and troubleshoot various issues and provide suggestions for resolutions. You are able to communicate fluently in French in order to service our French speaking customers on their account queries. You possess strong analytical, critical thinking and research skills. And you're a team player who has a high degree of personal accountability. The ideal candidate would have:
Strong technical proficiency with a good command of systems including MS Office
Past accounting, bookkeeping or data entry experience is an asset
Ability to fluently speak, read and write English and French
Preference will be given to a candidate with a diploma or degree in accounting / bookkeeping

Day in the Life
Accurately reconciling customer payments from payment to sales data
Prepare, track and follow up on discrepancy reports
Address all issues relating to discrepancies: voids, NOF, pricing, un-keyed shortages, returns not processed
Analyzing sales data for completeness and reporting on account anomalies
Characterize and group identified problems by root cause, and identify and contribute to solution of process problems with functional leadership
Investigating and resolving problems forwarded from Customer Service
Prepare week ending and month ending reporting for management review
Understand what service commitments for this functional area are and monitor requests outside of parameters
