Microsoft CSP Sales Specialist
Help to build Softchoice’s Cloud business as a critical part of the team delivering solutions built on the most important licensing vehicle in Microsoft’s partner and channel strategy.
The Microsoft CSP Specialist understands the challenges that customers have with the acquisition and management of Microsoft licensing, and you solve those challenges through the delivery of cloud-based solutions that reduce their risk and manage their costs.
The Microsoft CSP Specialist responsible for coordinating and executing the Softchoice CSP strategy across US & Canada.
As our Microsoft CSP Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Providing pre-sales support and guidance to sales reps and customers around Microsoft CSP Solutions
Building internal / external communication cadence with Softchoice / Microsoft constituents
Monthly newsletter creation for OB / TSD divisions
CSP pipeline management
Developing and delivering training to Softchoice sales teams and MSS’s on Microsoft CSP offerings
Solution sales and customer-first mindset with a keen eye for understanding the customers’ core needs
The ability to own tasks end-to-end, and independently drive deals to resolution
Ability to work cross-functionally and facilitate conversations with multiple stakeholders including salespeople, leaders and customers
Learn quickly about product licensing, incentives and product attributes to stay on-top of a fast-paced and dynamic product category
Build constructive working relationships with peers, senior leaders and third party vendors
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
An understanding of cloud computing trends and familiarity with software-as-a-service and infrastructure-as-a-service concepts
Excellent customer-facing presentation skills
Excellent operational and problem solving skills
The ability and experience in training and mentoring others
The desire to be competitive and refuse to lose!
