We are currently seeking a Plumbing & Heating Superintendent/Foreman.

Our company specializes in new construction projects valued between $5,000 and $10 million across all industries including commercial, residential, and industrial. We are very thankful to have worked for notable companies around the province including Telus, Westbank, Cadillac Fairview, Heatherbrae Builders, Willow Spring, and many more.

An ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • The candidate should be a Journeyman Plumber (red seal certification) with 10+ years of experience
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the Commercial Construction sector
  • Experience running 2+ jobs simultaneously
  • Desire to build and grow their career longterm with a company they love
  • Must have a good general knowledge of all Plumbing and Heating including knowledge of the most recent BC plumbing code
  • Must be cost-conscious (labour hours and material costs) and instill this to all field employees.
  • Have a high standard of organizational skills to meet schedules including good at doing paperwork (i.e. Material orders, Timesheets, Extra work orders, RFI’s, Job closeout documentation/deficiencies, etc.), communicating with internal and external stakeholders (office staff and vendors), and must be able to follow company procedures
  • Must have experience firmly guiding crews to the highest standards of workmanship
