Office Assistance will be carrying out the duties required for the day-to-day operations of new residential plumbing construction company. This individual needs to be able to work independently from others. There is a broad range of administrative duties and responsibilities as this individual grows with the company.
Some responsibilities but not limited to will be:
Creating files, price checking from various builders
Updating and working on various builder portals
Time tracking for 25+ employees
Price checking invoicing from wholesale suppliers
Pulling plumbing and gas permits calling in inspections
Filing, answering phones, directing email
Help scheduler with building field employee weekly job binders
Creating and building spread sheets
General office maintenance
Support where needed for office manager
Organizing company functions
Other duties as assigned
Candidates best suited for this role will have office related experience with new residential construction background. This is a fast-paced growing company which will require candidate to be able to multitask, keep on going issues priorities and organized. Willing to learn new procedures and help develop on going changes to make items run more effectively and smoothly.
