Position: B2B Sales Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Specific Responsibilities:
Proactive, outbound selling to organizations using a consultative selling approach
Respond to inbound listing inquiries from potential prospects
Educate the marketplace on the value of our platform and how businesses can benefit from our platform
Work with new “hosts” to help them get set-up on our platform
Maintain a sales database of existing hosts and prospects including accurate records of all interactions through the use of services like Salesforce.com
Travel to call on current and prospective hosts to build loyalty and introduce the concept
Create, target and nurture a select list of named host accounts to drive listing enrolment
Develop prospect profiles for potential hosting businesses
Gather market information to aid in the recruitment process
Represent the company at various external events
Report pipeline of confirmed and potential hosts on a weekly basis
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will:
Hold college or university level education in a related field; business and/or commercial real estate and/or hospitality
Have 3+ years of sales experience
Exhibit high integrity and the ability to communicate trust and authenticity in a selling situation
Possess excellent language and presentation skills to be delivered in person, on the phone and via email
Demonstrate a passion for new business development, the ability to identify with customers, and a team player approach
Natural ability to relate to prospects and customers
Have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate initiative as a self-starter and independent worker
Be driven to grow professionally and deliver new initiatives that support sales targets
Ability/Experience selling products and services to both the SMB and larger enterprise businesses
Experience in the real estate sector or knowledge of the office space leasing industry is an asset
