Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Operate multi-line phones, answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
  • Monitor visitor accesses and maintains a visitor log
  • Monitor the use of stationaries, office supplies, and equipment
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for the Board as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English: Reading, Writing, Speaking;
  • Second languages will be an asset
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs;
  • Ability to handle changing priorities in a systematic, organized manner;
  • Ability to work both individually and within a team environment;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Detail oriented and well organized;
  • Previous experience in administrative and clerical positions is an asset;
  • Previous experience in customer services is an asset.
