Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is hiring a Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment processes for individual contributor, management and field operations positions. Duties include phone screenings, interviews, passive applicant sourcing, job offer negotiations and preparation of offer letters, background screening and on-boarding activities. This role partners with Hiring Managers to design, develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent including internal and external advertising and sourcing passive applicants for open positions. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail as they are responsible for reviewing recruitment documentations for accuracy, consistency and compliance with established regulations, policies, procedures and budgetary guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Performs sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company
Drives the candidate management process with hiring manager, solidifies offer process and candidate acceptance
Performs ad hoc reporting, pulling, analyzing metrics, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintenance and managing relationships with external and internal customers
Develop job postings to ensure visibility of potential candidates using various platforms and outlets to include internet job boards, paid media, workforce centers, social media, and/or print advertisements
Creates and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers using ATS, external job boards and community based organizations
Recommend and review hiring salary proposals, offer letters within prescribed policy parameters
Conducts gap analysis, tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity

Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in both English and French
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management a plus
3+ years of related experience including development of cost-effective sourcing strategies
Must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, understanding of company’s organizational structure, policies and procedures
Knowledge of relevant Federal, multi-state and local employment and labor laws regarding employment practices
Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other payroll and software applications
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of sourcing/job posting sites, i.e. LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder

Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for candidate development of active and passive candidates for high volume positions in the organization and has extensive interaction with hiring managers with a consultative approach that drives the candidate management process to facilitate a greater volume of candidates in the recruitment life cycle.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates

Drive the candidate management process with hiring manager, solidify offer process, and candidate acceptance
Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community based organizations

Candidate Selection

Determine job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile
Review resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates
Conduct behavior based pre-screen interviews via the telephone daily
Clearly communicate expectations of the position to the candidate
Evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage candidate in the opportunity, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager

Recruitment

Manage the hiring process for selected candidates, including arranging interviews, debriefing the candidate and hiring manager, generating offer letters, and partnering with the respective coordinator for the onboarding process

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
