Full-Time, Permanent

Hours - Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:45pm

The Assembler is to assemble components required in the manufacture of finished products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assembly of components
  • Perform routine care and maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Prepare and maintaining work area in safe condition
  • Spatial perception to understand and visualize relationships and arrangement of parts in products and in the assembly line process
  • At times, Inspect and check wiring and connections, test run each unit, check air flow and fan speed and document the results of each inspection; report all discrepancies for correction
  • Responsible for quality control of their own assembly process (insulation cutting and gluing, assembly, packaging)
  • All other related duties or projects, as assigned


  • Minimum 1-year related experience
  • High attention to detail is essential with ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast pace environment
  • Manual dexterity, speed, accuracy and hand-eye coordination is essential to operate assembly line equipment safety and efficiently in order to maximize production and minimize waste; activities involve fitting, attaching, gluing, cutting, and assembling
  • Must be able to communicate, cooperate and work effectively with others (i.e. co-workers, supervisors, managers) to ensure efficient and smooth production-line operations
  • Must be knowledgeable of proper safety standards and procedures and be proficient in the safe operation of machines and equipment
  • Must be able to understand verbal or written instructions
  • Must be versatile and be able to work in more than one area of the production process as requested
  • Successful completion of background check
