Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels for their assigned vendors and products.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Degree. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred

Experience:
Two years previous supply chain experience with emphasis in product/category knowledge, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Duties:
Review inventory on a daily basis and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained
Collecting and inputting all accurate inventory parameters for initial item set-up
Maintain appropriate parameters based on demand changes and other influencing factors
Confirm supplier purchase orders are received
Monitor purchase orders to ensure that orders are delivered by need by date
Analyze daily reports to identify critical inventory issues, dead stock, obsolete inventory, and possible shrink
Review inventory transfers between DC’s
Respond to inquiries on: out of stock situations, purchase orders status, and current inventory levels
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Competencies:
Proficient in Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, and Excel or the aptitude and desire to become proficient
