Why we need you?
To help continue to fuel our growth, we are looking for a prolific and talented content marketing manager who is passionate about content strategy, content marketing, and all kinds of content creation.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, and supporting the Marketing efforts of Sofdesk, the Content Creator role will involve writing and producing various types of online content, including website, whitepapers, ads copy, emails and blog posts to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and most of all to generate qualified leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, research skills, and strategic thinking.
What you will do as a Content Creator:
Transform the insights that come from different channels and segments into content that delivers value to the target audience in various stages of the customer journey.
Write content that truly connects with our audience within the app, website, emails, social media, etc.
Build a strong relationship with the product team and learn about the products, features and important company landmarks in order to align your content development to that.
Carry out interviews with our clients and industry experts to develop and optimize their personas and create valuable content that is SEO optimized.
Design email marketing campaigns to drive conversions.
Contribute to video creation by providing content and dialogue but also by either coordinating with a video agency or using personal skills editing, producing and writing for video.
Establish the KPIs for content performance tracking. Report on these weekly
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, advertising, or business
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple messages (samples will be requested)
Impeccable attention to detail, excellent grammar and copy-writing skills
3+ years of experience in content creation for a B2B or SaaS.
2+ years of experience with conducting research and carrying out interviews.
You know how to measure your content’s effectiveness and know the right metrics that will help you optimize your content performance.
Experience with Wordpress
Experience with Content optimization tools (SEO tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc)
An outstanding time management and multi-tasking ability and comfort in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of autonomy
You don’t think B2B writing is boring and like to infuse personality into everything you do.
