This is a new role for us as we partner with AvePoint to help provide people and organizations with the tools to do their best work. We envision that our AvePoint Account Executive will play a lead role at Habanero in helping organizations learn about how they can accelerate their digital transformation with AvePoint technologies and software solutions.

We are looking to add this exciting full-time role to one of our already awesome teams in Vancouver and Calgary. More specifically, you’ll be…
Building a revenue portfolio for Habanero around AvePoint’s suite of products
Developing new prospects and expanding existing accounts
Managing complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
Planning and delivering presentations that give prospective and existing customers insights into how AvePoint solutions solve their challenges
Working with AvePoint technical analysts and other cross-functional team members to help close business
Building the Habanero sales teams ability to talk about AvePoint products and collaborate on pursuits
Working with Habanero’s marketing team to bring Habanero and AvePoint’s differentiation to the market
Attending remote and on-site meetings with clients, spending around 20% of your working time travelling regionally
Handling opportunities prospected by AvePoint
Implementing and executing effective sales and marketing campaigns to ensure maximum penetration of key accounts within Western Canada
Maintaining an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system, and working with AvePoint on pursuit and market strategies
You’re right for this role if you have…
3-5 years of previous sales experience
Experience in the software/technology industry
Experience with executive selling, both business and technical
Excellent communication and listening skills
Determination to surpass performance goals and a willingness to learn
An entrepreneurial mindset to building a business
An interest in working in an autonomous, high-performing, and non-hierarchical workplace
Bonus points if you have experience with…
AvePoint solutions and technologies
Information architecture, experience design, and/or measurement and analytics
Nintex, Flow, Power BI
Enterprise content governance, compliance, or migration experience
