The Data Services Coordinator is one who thrives under pressure, is organized and prioritizes tasks efficiently in the spirit and vision of Group Force. A DSC is focused on precision with regards to our client’s data. You know how to assist our sales and management team to provide the clearest and most accurate data.
Duties & Responsibilities
Accuracy, Procedural & Collaboration
Strives to be accurate with all aspects associated with the SharePoint system (currently Colligo)
Enter new MGA agreements in the system, setting up folders and organizing data; follow up with insurers for information.
Build training modules and procedures regarding Colligo, for all components related to SharePoint
Effective communication with Insurance companies (account executives, service representatives and administrative support)
Consistent and accurate input of client information (employers and advisors)
Provides training to all necessary team members on Colligo ,
Advice, recommendations and counseling on how to enter information in Colligo for a more efficient system
Monthly renewal coordination (workload) and follow-ups
Creation of Reports, monthly revenue and other upon request
Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with co-workers
Key Skills & Qualifications
Post-secondary education, or related job experience is preferred
Passion for accuracy; committed to delivering precise information
Possesses and displays professional presentation and demeanor and a service-focused environment
Self-managing with strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player—ability to adapt to and collaborate with various team members and individuals
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on priorities
Proficient in the Microsoft Office products, Excel.
Professional, reliable and courteous to clients, carriers and colleagues
Perfectly Bilingual, French and English spoken and written
