About Ozone

Ozone Group (, established in 1991, is a leading Natural Cosmetics manufacturer & marketer with headquarters in New Delhi, India. The Group has multiple brands like Ozone Herbals, Ozone Naturals, Ozone Signature and Ozone Organic Advantage across multiple retail channels in India. In the past, the promoters have developed, scaled up and divested brands in the Pharmaceuticals & Natural Cosmetics segment. Overall, the group has diversified interests across 5 divisions namely Pharmaceuticals, Beauty and Cosmetics, Food, Wellness and Skill development.
In 2018, the company launched its wellness division in Canada through its wellness resort Northumberland Heights ( The Group is now looking to expand its product distribution business in Canada for its range of Natural, Organic & Ayurvedic Skin care products.

About the Role :

As part of the Sales team for expanding the Group’s Beauty Product business in Canada, you will set up the distribution channel, generate profitable sales & coordinate between all stakeholders (distributors, product supply, marketing & customers). Once you are able to successfully create a working model, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and growing your team.

Responsibilities :

  • Business Development – Develop presence of our brand in Spa/Saloon Market, Premium Independents, Chain Stores & Big Box retailers
  • Prepare detailed forecasts of short and long-term sales objectives
  • Prospecting & product placement at retail stores
  • Find new and better ways of doing things in the best interest of the business through elaborate on ground presence combined with strategic thinking
  • Recognize trends in the market and be fully knowledgeable of competitive activities which can then be regularly communicated to the management team
  • Achieve sales targets while focusing on a healthy profitability matrix
  • Engage in effective sales promotion activities & ensure product offtake from sales counters
  • Extensively coordinating with all the support functions and critical stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective and timely delivery of results
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with retailers
  • Regularly conduct technical training and business planning with partners
  • Enhance Ozone awareness and product engagement by building, managing, training, and motivating the Beauty Associates and Trainers
  • Stock Management – Plan, optimize and manage the stocks
  • Collections- Ensure timely payment collection cycle
  • Ensure statutory compliances and adherence to company policies

Who are you

  • Sales experience in Cosmetics, Consumer Goods or FMCG industry (min 2 years)
  • 4+ years as a salesman or 2+ year stint as a manager
  • Strong Urge to succeed
  • Strong understanding of retail sales & distribution processes as well as technical sales
  • Have Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Proficient at working independently and self-motivated
  • Energetic, smart and have entrepreneurial skills and have the ability to build new geography (sales + operations) from scratch
  • Fluent communication and pleasant personality
  • Preference for people with MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Strong desire to succeed; Strong pedigree (college/ employers) is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle is required
  • Hired candidate will be required to provide consent to complete a background check

Salary: Fixed salary in line with industry norms + variables (linked to success)
