Low Rise homebuilder in Vaughan is looking to expand their Project Management Team with the addition of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience managing multiple aspects of the building and developing process through to municipal assumption. The candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination and expedition of residential building permits. Requires thorough understanding of Subdivision Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Model Home Agreements, Site Plan Agreements, Engineering Drawings and Reports, Regional and Municipal Agreements and By-laws. Liaison with and or conduct on-site meetings with municipal/regional staff, lawyers, contractors, engineers and developers. Preferred: Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Interpreting and understanding Zoning By-Laws and other regulations. Architectural Technician/Technology of Construction Management Diploma. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and quality is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must hold a valid Ontario drivers licence and provide own transportation for travel throughout GTA.
