Over the past four years, we have experienced rapid growth, completed exciting projects, had a few laughs and bumps along the way, and are continuing to define who we want to be when we grow up.

Who are our clients?
Our customers are typically in the C-Suite (VP level or hire) in mid-to-large sized companies.
The Business Development role is a new position in our company. We want to grow and scale. But our current approach to sales has been, those that are subject matter experts in the work, sell the work. Therefore, when we are busy, we aren't spending enough time knocking on doors, building new relationships, and understanding where we might be able to help new customers, when it matters.
So, what do we want? Someone who…
Is aligned with and lives our values.
Is a great listener and communicator (both verbal and written).
Is energetic, hungry and wants to help us grow and achieve the next level of scale.
Has a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships with the C-Suite.
Is willing to do cold calls to seek new opportunities with new clients.
Creates and develops sales strategies, account plans, and tactics to achieve desired sales objectives.
Is a great collaborator, working with the internal team to help scope a potential project and develop a fit-for-purpose approach that addresses our client's needs and challenges.
Drives the sales process from a wild and crazy idea, to a qualified opportunity, to a fit-for-purpose sales proposal, to negotiating and closing the deal.
Is a little odd, and that is okay.
A minimum of 3 years business development experience selling to executives; 5+ years would be desirable.
Previous experience in professional services is a benefit.
Bachelor's degree in business is desirable.
