The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the business from associates to the product used in the work processes inclusively. Knowledge of Lean Processes and 5S, considered an asset.

Accounting and Key performance Indicators-our people know their numbers and where they come from, your previous experience brings an understanding of: cycle time, severity, gross margin, WIP, sales and accounts receivable.
You know more than their definitions, you know how one impacts the other.
Soft skills;from your body of work you have training and experience in communicating effectively to all levels, you give and receive information in plain language, and demonstrate above average written communication skills.

Repair Knowledge;through your career you have seen and participated in the repair process to the extent that you are able to note the damages on a vehicle with your appraiser skills, as well as determine the quality of repair that the production staff presents upon completion
Computer;the understanding of excel, word, outlook, essential Microsoft office product use, familiar with the software used in the collision industry, Mitchell products, Repair Center is an asset.

World class customer service skills
2-5+ years of collision repair experience in a similar capacity
Exceptional problem solving skills
Proficiency with estimating systems and insurance direct repair (DRP) guidelines
Ability to lead and motivate your staff to reach common goals
Strong business acumen
Full understanding of proper repair procedures and OE guidelines / standards
I-CAR Certification are a bonus
