Who we are :

Small, top-producing, real estate team in Mississauga, looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support the day-to-day operations and marketing.

Job Description:

Provide administrative support to a busy and growing Real Estate Agent. You will be responsible for administration, marketing, social media, as well as (but not limited to) other duties as described below.We are looking to fill this position with a candidate who can commit to a long-term role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Managing social media advertising and website. Coordinate marketing materials
  • Booking appointments and tracking confirmations – following up where required
  • Co-ordinating listing property set-up and preparation, such as booking / coordinating / scheduling photographers
  • Data entry, expense-tracking
  • Assisting in the preparation of comparative market analysis (CMAs) reports
  • Updating client information and managing client database
  • Updating Buildium property manager software

Updating and setting up Salesforce

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 +years in a Real Estate Brokerage as Office Administrator, or Team Assistant
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be proficient with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of TREB, Web Forms and real estate databases (such as Geowarehouse or Top Producer) would be an asset
  • Access to your own vehicle is not required but would be an asset
