PI Financial Corp. is an independent, full service investment dealer with offices across Canada. We are looking for an energetic individual with strong organizational skills to join our Account Transfers Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Accounts Transfer Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Process incoming and outgoing transfers accurately within industry standard timelines;
Verify transfer documents are in good order;
Ensure transfer follow-up (if required) as per industry standards;
Receipt and delivery of physical certificates, and;
Cross train on other job functions within the department as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience preferred;
Knowledge of CDS, DTC and Dataphile an asset;
Knowledge of physical securities;
Strong customer service skills, and;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
