Department Overview

Reporting to the Manager, RESL Pricing Insights, the Pricing Analyst will manage the Retail, MMS and Broker Rate Exception inboxes, gather competitive intelligence by conducting mystery shops and build positive relationships with internal partners.

Job Description

Reviewing and evaluating RESL rate exception requests and providing prompt responses using sound judgement
Ensure a positive relationship is maintained between the RESL Pricing team and the Retail, MMS and Broker networks
Conduct mystery shop calls with competitors to gather competitive intelligence on rate
Effectively communicate mystery shop results and insights with the RESL leadership
Work with the Manager, RESL Pricing Insights, to combine mystery shop and rate exception insights to determine our overall competitive rate position in the marketplace
Execute rate changes across multiple channels with speed and accuracy

Job Requirements

Strong commitment to productivity and ability to work through & prioritize multiple competing requests with speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and process oriented
Ability to work independently and with a team to promote impactful outcomes
Solid knowledge of TDCT sales and service processes that support RESL products through all distribution channels. Experience with lending systems from an operational sales or adjudication perspective is considered an asset
Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing criteria and instructions, often driven by market & economic fluctuation
Superior communications skills, both written and verbal are essential
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong judgement
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, Visio, InfoPath and Power Point

Additional Information

Flexibility to work rotating shifts to provide coverage from 8am to 8pm EST.
