At Rizing HCM, our primary focus is on the implementation of SuccessFactors, on-premise SAP HCM, Fieldglass, and related software systems for our customers. A lead works very closely with customers in a team environment to deliver and support human resources systems that are based on industry best practices. We have an immediate need for a Senior SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Consultant located in North America. This lead role requires an active SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) Professional certification. Seeking a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 3 full cycle Recruiting Management implementations. Must have strong communication skills and be skilled at building client relationships. Candidates should be willing to travel (up to 30%) to accommodate customer assignments. Fluency in English and French is preferred.
The anticipated start date for this role is slated for early 2020.
Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develops system configurations to satisfy client needs.
Create and present high quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SucessFactors’ products.
Assist with developing training materials and trains clients how to utilize the system.
Troubleshoot and find resolution of assigned system defects.
Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.
Partner with project managers to ensure project work is kept within budget.

Accurately track and report time and expenses.
Coach junior consultants on project implementation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
Professional SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules.
5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.
3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KBAs)
Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
